Delete Your BoxVolume Data

Last updated: June 23, 2026

BoxVolume stores all of your data — your saved boxes and items, your packing history, and your settings — directly on your device. We do not keep an account for you, and we do not store a copy of your data on any server. This page explains how to delete it.

Delete data inside the app

Open BoxVolume and remove the data you no longer want:

  • Saved boxes and items: open your saved library and delete individual entries.
  • Packing history: open History and clear individual runs or the whole list.

Delete everything

Uninstalling BoxVolume permanently removes all of its on-device data, including the local database and your saved preferences. On Android you can also clear the app's storage from Settings → Apps → BoxVolume → Storage → Clear data.

Reset your advertising identifier

Ads are served by Google AdMob using your device's advertising identifier. You can reset or limit it:

  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID (or Delete advertising ID).
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"; manage Apple's own ads under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your store account. Purchase records held by our provider RevenueCat are tied only to a randomly generated app-user identifier and contain no personal contact or payment information.

Questions or requests

Because we hold no account or server-side copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. If you have any questions or want to make a request, contact us at:
